Quality Management Process

1. Processing green coffee beans
Green coffee beans is carefully selected with 100% ripe fruit, high natural sugar, processed according to the correct process, temperature and time
2. Storage
Green coffee beans for storage must have a moisture content of 12%, stored in jute bags, placed on plastic pallets, at a cool storage temperature
3. Cupping
Coffee after each roasting must be cupping with the same water conditions, the same type of coffee, save samples and ship to customers
